During the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our clients, staff, and community must be our top priority. The Government of Canada and individual provinces have recommended that all citizens self-isolate and stay home - refrain from all non-essential outings. We are now encouraging all clients and their providers to make alternate arrangements for sessions, including the use of telephone and/or video conferencing.

If you have a confirmed in-person appointment, please confirm directly with your provider (click here). Please cancel your confirmed in-person appointment by email (click here) if you have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days or if you may have been exposed to the virus or if your immune system is compromised or if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:



          Shortness of breath

          Muscle aches


          Sore throat

          Runny nose


Attention GreenShield clients -during this time of remote counselling instead of the usual signature on the claim form -GreenShield is requesting email confirmation of attended treatment.

After your appointment please send an email (click here) confirming appointment in below format -

I, ____ (client’s name) certify that I have received a telecounselling session on      ,2020 and I hereby authorize payment of $____ for session to the provider.

For those who pay out of pocket - given the modality of service delivery, cash or cheque cannot be accepted but ​payment for your appointment can be made by e-transfer.

We can provide password protected email receipts with your permission.​
